Resolve "Transform c3d file"

This MR expand the "Edit MoCap Settings" dialog.

The dialog now includes rotation and translation.

The rotation is around the head. If I read the paper correctly, this angle should be equivalent to -\alpha for our hybrid tracking approach.

The transformation is not applied to the C3D files. It is entirely visual. However, the translation and angle are written into the pet-file and can be used for further transformations of the C3D-files.
