Player scrollbar not working

Playing the video works, but the player scrollbar is not usable (as if 0 or 1 frame is loaded):

@m.boltes Could you please give some more details on how to reproduce the bug? When I load a video and just use the scrollbar without pressing play, everything works fine

Excuse me, but I am not able to reproduce the situation. I drag/drop some videos and projects and this situation occured. I thought it could have to do something with the issue that optimizes the behaviour of the slider.

I could reproduce it the other way round:

I deleted in the project file the video file and the scrollbar shows frames which are not there.

I could reproduce that, seems like PeTrack reads the frames even when there is no video loaded
