Extension to the tiff log format loader

Christian Trageser requested to merge tiff_log_format_extension into main

After feedback by StressSpec User regard the Tiff log loader: Additional data columns in files will be ignored since StressSpec is only interested in the 'Motpos' col. If more functionality is needed StressSpec will approach us. Also replace ASSERT with a THROW if file format is not valid.
