Reduce SessionModelView ("Model tech view")

m.puchner requested to merge reducedSessionModelView into develop

since the tech view is only kept for information reasons (understand/check SessionModel/SessionItem structure), the view has been freed from editing possibilities. Also icons have been removed. This allows to remove a bunch of generic UI code.
