Overhaul UI: small improvement in plot view: make buttons for properties and fourier checkable

t.knopff requested to merge overhaul_ui into develop

This MR makes the buttons for "Properties" and "Fourier" in the plot view checkable, i.e. they have a normal and a "sunken" state. This way it is easier for the user to see if the action is active or not (especially true for the "Fourier" display).
