This MR contains an overhaul of the job list in the job list view towards a more concrete way of programming.

On the way issue #50 (closed) has been implemented: an "X" button in the list was already present for running jobs. In addition a button in the toolbar has been added along with the required wiring.

Some smaller tweaks in the instrument view were also made.
