Improve welcome view

• bigger font for recent projects (was barely readable under Windows)
• show name and location for recent projects (instead of only location, which made it difficult to see the project name)
• show name and location of current project instead of only location
• scrollable list of recent projects for better UI experience
• remove gray bars on left and right side which appeared on large screens
• remove gray bar on bottom
• introduce .ui file
