Reorg dirs: move `GUIHelpers.*` to `CommonWidgets` subdirectory

reorg_dirs into develop

Just a small move: moved GUI/Views/GUIHelpers.* to GUI/Views/CommonWidgets/ because that's the location of widget code of common interest.
