Ease usage of c3d visualization for time synchronization

PeTrack shall be used for fast manual time synchronization between c3d files and video. For this purpose

  • single c3d files should be de-/activatable in the c3d dialog
  • the dialog should be usable with the main window in parallel
  • changes to offset value should directly affect the visualization
