Test stereo on windows

Check if stereo still works, if not check changes needed to make it work again.

If it works again add, to CI

• Gracefully reply to findMulticolorMarker call with grayscale image
• CalibFilter doesn't work (applying doen't do anything to whats displayed); Why?
• Make StereoDisabled OFF demand Stereo ON; seems to not work without Triclops
