Store calculated errors

While PeTrack is doing the intrinsic and extrinsic calibration errors are calculated. These values are not stored in the .pet file.

For later use of the data it would be good to be able to show this data in PeTrack without the knowledge of the calibration procedure.

I suggest to store the values in the .pet file (only one of variance and standard deviation and calculation on the fly).
