Reworked Online documentation

I've tried to update the existing online documentation. Ive reached a point where I'd like to check with you @j.wuttke and have your opinion. I'm not necessarily finished with this yet I've tried to remain as much as possible, but a couple of things needed to be changed in my view Also I'm not completely familiar with the all workflows yet, though I think I get some decent results from these data files at my disposal
