File Export Dialogs - toggle on/off commented file header with exported cols names

A very small but nice-to-have feature in the export dialogs would be the option to toggle on/off the export of the commented headling with name of the data cols in the exported file.

Currently for exported tables and diagrams this always exported but for pol files it is always not. I could think of both cases when a user want to have this in those or files and sometimes where they don't want that.
