Rework of SideBar design
This changes Sidebar of OpenHKL to save space on the device's monitor (especially on Laptops/MacBooks:
- Icon size is reduced to 50x50
- Remove Icon/Subframes names from below the icons
- Adding display of Subframe names a QToolTipText next to Sidebar icons
