Save masks to HDF5, show/hide masks
- Removed r-click context menu
- r-click functionality replaced with new toolbar
- Show/hide masks control now on toolbar
- Masks are saved to the hdf5 file as part of
DataSet, restored on reload
Resolves #481 (closed), #465 (closed), #484 (closed)
@c.trageser please try this out, check the save/load functionality works for masks and give me feedback on the GUI elements.
