Removed incorrect check that all merged peaks have the same unit cell. Unit cell will vary post-refinement, they should all have the same space group.
Fixed population of peak collection combos in SubframeMergedPeaks to only include integrated peaks

Resolves #401 (closed) and #402 (closed)
