Macos visual changes

Raza, Zamaan requested to merge macos_visual into develop
  • Resized icons to fit better on a smaller MacBook screen. The size is still fixed, but a better-scaling solution would require major changes to the way SideBar is built.
  • Modified some colours to facilitate readability using light theme
