Prism to Polyhedron conversion

• This MR implements some very basic mesh operations for clean code based on mutable topology used for the extrusion of the prisms base plate.
• This MR cleaned up Prism a little by making members const and clearing the constructor.
• This MR also renames tests and added comments to many.
• This MR adds the functionality to test points inside symmetric polyhedra.
