Attach RoughnessModel to single rough interfaces (#102)

Resolves one point from #102 (closed) :

  • Attach RoughnessModel to single rough interfaces, not to the entire SliceStack (then rm include, see TODO in SliceStack.h)

This MR is a prerequisite for further roughness refactoring issues listed in #102 (closed).
