Block alpha/lambda distributions (from r21.1)

It turned out that alpha and lambda distributions are not supported by Depth-probe and Offspecular instruments (#752 (closed)). So these distributions are blocked for them. This is already applied to r21.1.

Few other minor adjustments are also included here.
