GUI: Remove ProjectSettingsView

This MR resolves #402 (closed)

This MR removes ProjectSettingsView and moves the actions from this view into the corresponding "View" menus of InstrumentView and SampleView. Both views directly use the global ProjectDocument and ApplicationSettings to automatically store the current global state on change.
