unify semantics of IFormFactor::height() [#380]

Change name of parameters that are not the full height (->base_height, untruncated_height). Then reintroduce function height with standard semantics (= full z range of unrotated particle). This resolves #380 (closed), and prepares for simplification of Slicer.cpp.
