GUI: serialization refactoring part 6

The following classes have got readFrom and writeTo methods:

ItemWithMaterial, MesocrystalItem, CoreAndShellItem, CompoundItem, ParticleLayoutItem, ParticleItem, ItemWithParticles, InterferenceItems

Serialization of sample is done.
