rm PythonDocs generated via Doxygen/XML
To the best of my understanding, this mechanism was meant to make Doxygen-generated documentation available in Python, for use in interactive sessions.
I cannot confirm that this was still working. I doubt that it has ever been used. By removing this we get rid of an extra layer of complexity and of numerous warnings.
