rm form factor HollowSphere - prefer CoreShell particle

In its present state, form factor HollowSphere does more harm than good:

  • it seems to rely on the approximation that the shell is thin, without ensuring that this is actually the case;
  • it does not support slicing
  • it duplicates functionality that is available from ParticleCoreShell

This resolves #336 (closed).
