GUI: remember docks sizes and tabs indices

  1. Now dock panel sizes are saved/loaded from the QSettings configuration file.
  2. Indices of currently selected tabs in JobPropertiesWidget and FitSessionWidget are saved/loaded from the QSettings configuration file.
  3. Column headers in JobPropertiesWidget and FitSessionWidget now have better size policy.
