Fix distribution settings

• Lorentz, Gaussian, Log Normal: rename Sigma factor --> Rel. sampling width

- [ ] Cosine, Trapezoid: samples at ends have 0 weight. Should we use another sampling algorithm here?

• If nullify Sigma factor then sampling corresponds to Sigma factor = 2:
• Trapezoid: check: LeftWidth, MiddleWidth, RightWidth have wrong checks. Any widths >0 should be allowed.
