GUI: a Scan is not a Beam

In kernel, it is now clear that a scan is a not a special case of a beam, but a separate concept. A specular simulation has a scan, not a beam. According adjustments should be made in the GUI:

• rename "SpecularBeam" to "Scan" in class and file names
• class ScanItem must not inherit from BeamItem
