GUI: don't redraw everything upon leaving Welcome view.

After starting BornAgain and clicking "New project", the entire GUI is closed, then redrawn with more items in the tab column (with blue background on the very left). At first, it feels like the program is crashing.

• Rename "Welcome" to "Project"
• Show all tabs from the beginning. Just disable all but "Project". Disabled state should be shown by damped color.
• Don't close&redraw.
• Remove the "Website..." button from the Welcome (Project) tab.

The reason for the close & redraw behavior seems to originate from the QOpenGLWidget. It might be because it creates an independent GL context.

• we could either try to have the qmainwindow and openglwidget have a shared context (qwindow may help there)
• not only show the sidebar buttons from the beginning but also instantiate the openglwidget from the beginning in qmainwindow.

Tested: the build server binaries don't produce the close re-open behaviour.

On my Debian/testing system, the current main branch still redraws the entire GUI after I click "New Project".
