to resolve error on 3rd-party platforms where unsigned=size_t

Due to recent changes, the RPATH was incorrectly set to, e.g.,
`$$ORIGIN/../lib`, with an extra `$` -- the correct RPATH being `$ORIGIN/../lib`.
