Due to recent changes, the RPATH was incorrectly set to, e.g.,
`$$ORIGIN/../lib`, with an extra `$` -- the correct RPATH being `$ORIGIN/../lib`.

According to the documentation, each target-type block (RUNTIME, LIBRARY,
ARCHIVE, etc.) should define its corresponding COMPONENT separately.

Previously, the libraries were associated with the 'Unspecified' COMPONENT.

Adding versions to the so-names is in conflict with the expected library name by
the SWIG Python wrappers.
For instance, the SWIG Python wrapper expect a library name
'_libBornAgainBase.so', yet the library is named '_libBornAgainBase.so.1.19.2'.

MakeLib: Add proper RPATHs as hints to load the dependencies of the libraries at run-time [Linux & MacOS]

This resolves #134

This reverts commit 746440f1.
