The contents documentation of the documentation are updated according to the latest changes in the code base and CI mechanism.

Main changes are the following:
* The non-functioning `collapse` blocks (defined in `shortcodes` parts) are replaced with `details` blocks.
* Python documentation is updated with the instructions to install the Python package ('wheel').
* Instructions to install Qt via command line are added to build instructions.
* Renamed `libBornAgainCore` to `libBornAgainSim`.
* The internal and external links are updated.

The webpages are tested with Mozilla Firefox 100.0 and Chromium 101.0 under Debian/Linux, and Microsoft Edge 101.0 under Windows.
