Fixes were made to the core Tiamat to make it compatible with our Zarr file system. The tiamat-fuse-zarr's library branch uses this Tiamat branch.

Making it compatible did not require major changes. We fixed some inconsistencies, which we presented during our report—mainly related to metadata transformations in certain transformers. We also removed the anti-aliasing feature, added an auto interpolation type, and made some minor additional fixes.
