-1) Install ubuntu 
-2) In ubuntu install build-essential and gfortran package to get the compilers
-2) Install eclipse-cdt using the eclipse installer from the website
-3) In eclipse install photran (in standard repository) and git (in marketplace, might be already installed)
-4) In git clone the project
