+Getting started with coding in SimRoot

+1) Install ubuntu 
+2) In ubuntu install build-essential and gfortran package to get the compilers
+2) Install eclipse-cdt using the eclipse installer from the website
+3) In eclipse install photran (in standard repository) and git (in marketplace, might be already installed)
+4) In git clone the project
