Fixed bug in BarberCushman Crancknicolson implementation which caused greater uptake when number of root hairs was 0: In that case the flux density was not divided by two.

Updating tests: Differences in relevant output files now count towards the exit code, wording was updated and file naming was made more consistent

Updating naming for seed carbon reserves to be more clear and changing seedReserves to represent the carbon weight instead of the total weight. This change is NOT backwards compatible but running an old file will generate an error message with clear instructions.
