Example notebook on learning Hamiltonian parameters

Currently the example notebooks are all focused on optimal control examples. However, as far as I understood one of the strengths is that similarly one can optimize parameters in the Hamiltonian say to fit some experimental or emulated data. Thus, I suggest to set up an example that showcases this.
