Drag n' Drop & Jump to Frame both do not cooperate with "show complete path"

The shortcuts using "Alt + Drag n Drop" and "Ctrl + Alt + Dbl'Click" both can interact with points in any frame. However, they should be limited to the visible frames only. Currently, they still use the frames in frames before actual position and frames after actual position, even if show complete path is selected. This should be fixed.
