Wrong describtion of keybindings on MacOS

The keybindings currently state to use ctrl for the actions, but on MacOS cmd needs to be used. Therefore, the keybinding description needs to be updated, optimally by replacing ctrl by cmd on MacOS and on other systems still display ctrl.
