Add possibility to edit chessboard properties to GUI

Properties of the chessboard are the only values, which are only changeable directly inside the pet file:

<PATTERN SQUARE_SIZE="4.6" BOARD_SIZE_X="6" BOARD_SIZE_Y="8"/>

These values should be editable inside the GUI.
