Add small demo project

For new users it might be helpful to provide a small demo project:

• short video (extract of some of the experiments or technical tests)
• all files needed for calibration
• resulting trc/txt files (not corrected and corrected)

The steps needed for setting up this particular project then should also be listed in the wiki. With such a hands-on tutorial new users might get a better feeling for the software.
