What dJ value should we assign to up/down points?
Currently, the NSE control program assigns a "fake" phase to all up/down points presumably for presentation reasons (see below). DrSPINE converts these to dJ same as for echo points.
I think, I would be better to assign dJ=0 for these points as well as for future XYZ-method up/down points.
But I am open for discussion.
Here's an example of a phase value assignment for 27 point measurement: 19 (echo), 3 down, 5 up.
