Switch between Instruments

A command to switch instrument settings is still missing. This may enable the combination of data from different insruments eg via.

instrument SNS; read ... ;match;fit; instrument JNSE; read ...; match, fit; .. collect; ...

We have to check what this implies for macthing and collecting (compatible with present structure??)
