All QT6.dll and libhdf5.dll are missing in Windows Deployment

Ammar repaired the windows build process after libhdf5 libs have been re-added The building and testing works fine now, but while testing the windows deployment I have noticed

• the windows installer itself works fine
• but after the installation all Qt6 dll and libhdf5 dll are missing from installed STeCa folder and as a consequence STeCa cannot be executed

concerns migration to Qt6
