Incorrect STeCa Version in CMakeLists.txt

As far as I can tell STeCa is currently in version 2.2.3 but in /blob/main/CMakeLists.txt

project(Steca VERSION 2.2.2)

As it seems this entry has not been updated for version release 2.2.3 and therefor this wrong version is also in the tagged version of Release 2.2.3, see here /blob/v2.2.3/CMakeLists.txt.

I think this issue should be brought to your attention @j.wuttke
