Added PeakHandler and UnitCellHandler classes. Reversed some changes made to DataQuality by @j.wuttke because I don't think that the new scheme made much sense --- CC1/2 - CC* is not the analogue of Rmerge - expectedRMerge.

Since this is a pretty big change, I would appreciate some testing (I have already tested and confirm that it works with trypsin and strep).
