GUI: in instrument editor, replace checkbox "Enable polarization analysis" by separate checkboxes for polarizer and analyzer

In GUI instrument editors, we have a box "Polarization analysis" that starts with a checkbox "Enable polarization analysis". Remove this checkbox. Instead, add one "enabled" checkbox into each of the two following lines, so that beam polarizer and polarization analyzer can be switched separately, as they already can under Python.
