Zero 2D lattice length leads to hanging

Problem appears for hexagonal and square 2D lattice of crystal and paracrystal if to set lattice length to zero and change/scroll the field after that.

Somehow for 2D "Basic" lattice type and for 1D lattices it works.

Anyway, it seems reasonable to limit the spinbox range from below by 0.001 nm.
