rm references to "bin" from Scan classes

Scans are not continuous sweeps, but sequences of measurements at discrete points. Therefore it is wrong that scan classes refer to binCenters. Limits given in the constructors should designate first and last points, not bin borders.

Only for 2D plots of Offspec results, the alpha_i axis needs to be adjusted so that data are displayed as if pertaining to histogram bins.
