Upgrade to Qt6

• Have Qt6 on Linux CI machine
• Have Qt6 on Windows CI machine
• Have Qt6 on Mac CI machine
• Copy patched qcustomplot from nsx/3rdparty/qcustomplot
• Modernize code base as needed
• Check the installers on all platforms
